Our residential and commercial appraisal team has an experience level in Telluride of more than 40 years. In fact, our sole focus has been on the Telluride and Mountain Village market since 1992.  We have gained extensive consulting and appraisal experience in diversified properties, including, executive homes, condominiums, ranches, vacant land and commercial real estate.

William A. Hallmark, Certified General Appraiser and Broker in CO & TX 

Bill has worked in the appraisal field since 1976.  He contributed to the largest full service appraisal organization in the world, progressing from district, regional and vice president and manager of Valuation Consulting for one of their Southwestern offices.  Since 2000 he has served as managing member and partner of Appraisal Services at Telluride LLC.  He is an Associate Member of the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and has completed postgraduate studies in economics, finance and research including the Management Program at Rice University.

Conrad A. Rauh, Certified Residential Appraiser, CO

Conrad is a graduate of San Diego State University, and California Western School of Law, Juris Doctor. He has practiced law in California and was formerly Telluride Aviation Director, joining Appraisal Services in 1992. He later became a member and partner of Appraisal Services at Telluride LLC in 2000.

Bob Stevens has more than twenty years experience in the Telluride regional market including Mountain Village and the Western Slope area.  His credentials are extensive, and he is respected as one of the most experienced and knowledgeable commercial appraisers and valuation consultants on the Western Slope of Colorado. His experience as an expert witness is also respected throughout the state.  Bob teaches courses for the Appraisal Institute with the distinction of being a member of the institute, holding both MAI and SRA designations.  He is a past President of the Colorado Chapter of the Institute, and provides support and leadership to Appraisal Services at Telluride LLC  in our market as needed while accomplishing commercial propects throughout the region.

Besides the members and affiliates of Appraisal Services, we work with independent fee appraisers during cycles of heavy market activity.  We only use Colorado State Certified residential or general appraisers with proven experience and demonstrated performance in meeting client schedules and the required USPAP standards.
